Dont Freak Out
That huge bright shiny thing in the sky is called, “The Sun”. I know we haven’t seen it in a while, but it’s back today and has a lot of people scared because they don’t remember what it looks like. Just to familiarize ourselves with “The Sun” better, I lifted (Or copy & Patsed) this brief summary from Nasa.Gov.
“The Sun is a huge, glowing ball at the center of our solar system. The sun provides light, heat, and other energy to Earth. The sun is made up entirely of gas. Nine planets and their moons, tens of thousands of asteroids, and trillions of comets revolve around the sun. The sun and all these objects are in the solar system. Earth travels around the sun at an average distance of about 92,960,000 miles from it.”
OK, I better stop being a smart ass and get back to work. Our 80’s Weekend is coming up….lots to do.
BTW - This song might help too.
