Grammy Pong
OK, here’s the deal. I’m horrible at predicting anything. Like, at the beginning of this year’s football season, I predicted that Detroit Lions would win the Superbowl. Not good. So, I’m always trying to find new ways to make predictions and this year’s Grammy Awards are no different.
I give you “Grammy Pong!”
So here’s what I did. I printed up a list of Grammy nominees from the web. Then numbered the nominees 1-5 (Sometimes 6) in the order they appeared on the list. Then grabbed some golden solo cups and numbered them each 1-6. Since most categories only have five nominees, the 6th one was filled with Chocolate Milk. (Might as well reward myself for such a genius idea) Then with each category, I tossed ping pong ball over a "regulation sized beer pong table". Which ever cup it landed in, was my prediction for this year.
So, what follows are this year’s Grammy Pong predictions:
*Album of the Year - Mumford & Sons - Babel
*Record of the Year - Gotye feat. Kimbra - "Somebody That I Used to Know"
Best New Artist - The Lumineers
*Best Pop Vocal Album - » Kelly Clarkson - Stronger

OK, I gotta run. Too much chocolate milk isn’t always a good thing.

OK, I’m not the best at math, so here’s the deal. Out of 26 categories, my pong skills got scored 8 right. So, when playing Grammy Pong there is a 1 and 5 (sometimes 6) chance of getting the correct outcome. I scored over 32% right. Nice! How did you do on your guesses?
