JACK's Day Off

On Friday, August 22nd, Heather McIntosh of Antioch was hired to take over on JACK-fm’s Day Off.  While JACK vacationed in beautiful Bugtussle, Tennessee, Heather became the boss.  (What? Buggtussle is real nice this time of the year)  Anyway, she got to pick out the music, motor around town in the station vehicles, answer the phones, pretty much run the entire station for the day.

One of the first things she did was knock the dust off of classics from NKOTB, Anita Ward, Weather Girls, Firehouse & even played a few country cuts from George Strait &Tracy Lawrence too.

Krispy Kreme dropped of about 12 dozen donuts for Heather and she promptly took them to the Nashville Rescue Mission. Class act.

JACK-fm listeners called in to support HEATHER-fm, including family.

Some loved it…

Some not so much…

Some TOO Much…

After while, Heather’s daughter Brooklyn came to her mom’s new radio station and immediately held dance class.  She went ahead and taught the sticker pimps a few new moves…

Oh Yeah, she got her name on a billboard too.

Thanks to Wood Personnel Services for sponsoring JACK’s Day Off, you guys are cool.
