Congratulations to Alan Rush (No relation to the band RUSH) of Old Hickory for being selected to run JACK-fm Friday, September 7th, while we take the day off.  It also helped that the other entries bailed after hearing they had to hang out with Moose for most of the day.  Not Alan though, he’s game.  So, tune in this Friday from 7a-6p for 96.3 Alan-fm.  We’re naming the station after him, he’s picking out all the music, and he’s reaping the rewards of being a radio station employee for a day.  You guessed it, free t-shirts. 

Not only that, but we thought this was Alan’s only 15 minutes of fame.  We were so wrong.  Alan was an extra in Taylor Swift’s “Ours” music video.  Look for the lonely security guard in the beginning.  We hear they’re pretty close…or not.  Anyhow, listen to JAC…err, we mean, Alan-fm this Friday.  Just a little hint, Alan loves hair bands!
