1.    HOW TO ENTER.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.  Beginning on May 16, 2011, 12:00 am Central Standard Time, complete the “Los Concerts de Taco Bell” Sweepstakes registration page online at 963jackfm.com.  All required fields on the registration page must be completed.  Limit one entry per person/e-mail address per day.  Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant in excess of the entry limit are void.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Entries are subject to the terms of the 963jackfm.com web site Privacy Statement and these Official Rules.  The Sweepstakes will end on September 10, 2011, 12:00 pm Central Standard Time

2.    ELIGIBILITY.  Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older at time of entry.  Employees of Taco Bell Corp., WCJK and its respective parents, franchisees, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, or public relations agencies, and immediate family (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and household members of such employees are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes shall be conducted in compliance with all applicable U.S. Federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.   



3.    PRIZES.
There will be five (7) “Los Concerts de Taco Bell” Sweepstakes Winners.  Drawings  will be held on May 16, May 30, June 6, June 13, June 20, June 27 and July 4, 2011.  “Los concerts de Taco Bell” Sweepstakes Winners will receive: two(2) tickets to one of seven concerts – Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival on June 9-12 in Manchester, TN; New Kids On The Block & Backstreet Boys on June 20 in Memphis, TN; U2 on July 17 in St. Louis, MO; Britney Spears on July 17 in Atlanta, GA; a "surprise" concert in June in Nashville, TN; Katy Perry on August 19 in Nashville, TN; Taylor Swift on September 16 in Nashville, TN.  Winners of the NKOTBSB, U2 and Britney Spears tickets will also receive a gas card and one (1) night hotel accommodations.  Estimated retail values:   Two (2) tickets, gas card and hotel accommodations to NKOTBSB $325; Two tickets, gas card and hotel accommodations to U2 $350; Two (2) tickets, gas card and hotel accommodations to Britney Spears $350; Two (2) tickets to Katy Perry $135; Two tickets to Taylor Swift $207; Two tickets to Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival $500; Two (2) tickets to a surprise concert $120 . Maximum total estimated retail value of prizes is $1,367.  Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

5.    WINNER NOTIFICATION.  
The drawings will be held on May 16 (Bonnaroo), May 30 (NKOTBSB), June 6 (Surprise show), June 13 (U2), June 20 (Britney Spears), June 27 (Katy Perry) and July 4 (Taylor Swift). Winners will be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail on or about at least 3 days prior to the concert.  Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 24 hours of prize notification.  If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person who is named in the entry materials.   

6.    INTERNET.  Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of entry, including faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet or on the web site, hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online communications problems.  No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor resulting from user’s attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any information in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her entries) who tampers with the entry process.  CAUTION; ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  IN THE EVENT THE SWEEPSTAKES IS COMPROMISED BY VIRUS, BUGS, NON-AUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF SPONSOR WHICH CORRUPTS OR IMPAIRS THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS OR PROPER PLAY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO MODIFY, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND TO AWARD THE PRIZES FROM AMONG ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED PRIOR TO ACTION TAKEN BY SPONSOR.    

7.    OTHER CONDITIONS.  Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion as provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of comparable or greater value if prize is unavailable.  If prize or correspondence (including e-mail) regarding the prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited.  If any of the concerts are cancelled or postponed for any reason, prizes will be awarded on an alternate concert date if available and all costs of travel to be paid by prize winner. If for whatever reason, a concert is not rescheduled, all prizes will be forfeited in their entirety. Prize recipients will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes based upon the retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within 24 hours, winner automatically forfeits his/her right to the prize.  Unclaimed prizes will be awarded by second chance random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.  The same notification and verification procedures will be in force until such a time a winner has been officially notified and this individual will have fully complied with these stated eligibility and verification procedures.

8.    LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.  By participating, entrants (and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if entrants are minors in their state of residence) agree (a) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding; (b) to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing by prize winner; and (c) to release Sponsor, Taco Bell Corp., JA Integrated Thinking and franchisees/licensees, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, award supplier, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from all liability in connection with any prize received in this Sweepstakes or from participating in this Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities.  Entrants waive the right to assert, as a cost of receiving prize, any and all costs of redemption.    By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Nashville, TN.
